Photoshoot Information

Each photoshoot will include approximately 10-20 minutes of me getting to know you and your pet(s).


Photoshoots can take place at your favourite location or at your home address. Within a 30 mile radius of Newtown, Powys. (A small travel fee may be included for any photoshoots above 30 miles.)


You will be able to use the digital download images from your photoshoot however you like. e.g.

  • Prints
  • Wall hangings
  • Mugs
  • Calendars
  • Notebooks

Photoshoot Guide Price & Timings

  • 2- 3 hour photoshoot ~ £150.00

  (Minimum of 5 digital downloads)


  • 1-2 hour photoshoot ~ £100.00

  (Minimum of 5 digital downloads)


  • 30-40 minute "mini photoshoot" ~ £50.00

(Newtown & Welshpool area only, I am based near Tregynon) (Minimum of 3 digital downloads)


Please note: you will get as many photos as possible from the photoshoot, these are guide timings and prices, I will confirm a price with you when booking. This is so that we can tailor the session to your pets needs. Allowing me to capture your pet at their very best.

What you need to know before your photoshoot:

  • I aim to make the photoshoot a fun and engaging activity for you and your pet.
  • it can be a great idea to have a short, low intensity 20-30 minute walk/ exercise around an hour before your photoshoot, this will help your pet with excitement levels during the photoshoot.
  • I will have short breaks throughout the session. This can help to stop your pet becoming overwhelmed.
  • For anxious pets, an extra meet and greet session can be arranged before the photoshoot to ease anxiety. I am happy to discuss this with you. 
  • I may initially ignore your pet as I understand some pets can be anxious or overwhelmed when meeting people for the first time. Please don’t take offence by this. I love all pets, and want them to feel comfortable around me in their own time.
  • If you have specific photo ideas or requirements, please discuss these before the photoshoot.
  • Please ensure that your pet is looking their best for the photoshoot - This doesn't have to be a full groom (unless you want to of course) a quick brush and a check for anything that you would prefer not to be in the photographs is enough.
  • Your photos will be reviewed and edited after the session and will be uploaded to your personal gallery on Pixieset within 14 days. Which you can access using the link and pin I will send you.
  • Photos will be available to download for up to 1 month after the upload date.

How do I book a Photoshoot?

Please fill out an enquiry form and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will then send you a welcome pack with any forms that need to be read before the photoshoot takes place. we can then arrange a date and time to suit you.

How many images will I receive?

you will receive all of the images from your photoshoot (a minimum of 5)

Where are you based?

I am based in Mid Wales, I will travel up to a 30 mile radius from Tregynon (Powys) for photoshoots. For photoshoots outside this radius I will charge a travel fee per mile on top.

Do you travel?

Yes absolutely! My photoshoots take place outdoors in your favourite location. I will travel within a 30 mile radius of Tregynon (Powys). Any mileage over this, I will charge a travel fee per mile.

What is your turnaround time?

I aim to get photos uploaded into my client gallery as quickly as possible. Please note: in busy times this can take up to 14 days.
